- All facial packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are intended to be used within this time frame for optimal results.
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sessions cannot be shared, exchanged for cash, or transferred to other individuals.
- Appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being deducted from your package.
