Book Your Consultation With Us

Schedule an appointment with our doctor to talk about your concerns and discuss further. Our doctor speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese translation services by our team members may be available. We look forward to seeing you and helping you every step of the way.

To ensure you receive the best care, our medical professional will conduct a thorough consultation. Rest assured, any information you share will be kept strictly confidential and used only to support your care. We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.

To provide thorough, personalized care, all clients booking a consultation for cosmetic procedures are now required to pay a consultation fee of $125. This fee is payable at the time of the appointment and is non-refundable. If you prefer to pay in advance, we are offering a discounted rate of $100 for consultations paid online through this link.

With either option, you’ll receive a Gift certificate (valued at $100) at no additional cost.

It’s as simple as counting 1-2-3:

  2. We get back to you to secure your appointment slot and register you into our booking system.
  3. You should receive an email confirmation of your booking 1-3 days prior to your appointment. You will also receive a reminder call or voicemail message from us a day prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Medical Spa Club requires at least 24 hours’s notice for appointment cancellations or changes to avoid fees. For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee may apply. In the case of a no-show, the full appointment fee may be charged. If you need to make any changes, please give us a call beforehand so we can assist you as best as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.
