Cancellation Policy: Medical Spa Club requires at least 24 hours’s notice for appointment cancellations or changes to avoid fees. For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee may apply. In the case of a no-show, the full appointment fee may be charged. If you need to make any changes, please give us a call beforehand so we can assist you as best as possible.
