Massage Therapy (RMT)
Why Choose Massage?
Massage helps you relax, re-align and rejuvenate. Every day, more and more people are turning to therapeutic massage treatments to provide relaxation, relieve tension associated with the daily stresses of their busy lives, or simply to help maintain good health and achieve a balanced lifestyle and overall sense of wellness.
Some of the many health benefits that can be achieved by on-going massage include:
- Relieve Stress
- Relax Muscles
- Improve Posture
- Improve Circulation
- Help Manage Pain
- Improve Flexibility and Range of Motion
- Relieve Tension-Related Headaches
- Enhance Post-Operative Rehabilitation
- Improve Rehabilitation After Injury
- Manage Fibromyalgia Pain Naturally
Recent scientific research also suggests that massage may improve immune function, decrease stress levels and speed-up recovery time in many medical conditions.
